BOWL-N-SIGHT is designed as a local-first bowling scoring and performance application. No BOWL-N-SIGHT account is required for the current release. We do not sell personal information, serve third-party advertising, or use purchase history for cross-app or cross-site tracking.
Bowling information you enter may include bowler profiles, events, scores, frame and pin data, bowling-ball information, lane or pair information, tournament stages, performance notes, statistics, journal entries, and coaching information. The current release is designed local-first so this bowling history can remain available on your device without depending on a constant cloud connection. Backup, restore, and export features may allow you to create copies of your data that you control.
BOWL-N-SIGHT offers optional Performance and Coach subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes payment and billing information; BOWL-N-SIGHT does not receive your payment-card or bank-account details.
We use RevenueCat to help determine subscription status and unlock the features included with an active subscription. RevenueCat may receive purchase and subscription information and an anonymous app-user identifier for this purpose. In the current BOWL-N-SIGHT configuration, this purchase information is used for app functionality, is not used by us for advertising or cross-app/cross-site tracking, and is not associated by BOWL-N-SIGHT with a name, email address, or BOWL-N-SIGHT account.
Information processed by the app is used to provide scoring, statistics, insights, trends, journal, coaching, backup/export, purchase restoration, and subscription-entitlement functionality. We do not use BOWL-N-SIGHT purchase history for third-party advertising.
Purchase and subscription information may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat as needed to complete purchases, verify subscription status, restore purchases, and provide subscription features. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
Local bowling data remains under your control on the device and in any backups or exports you create. Removing the app or deleting local data may remove information stored only on that device, subject to any backup you retain. Apple and RevenueCat may retain transaction or subscription records according to their legal, accounting, security, and service requirements. BOWL-N-SIGHT is not designated as a Made for Kids app and does not knowingly collect contact information from children through a BOWL-N-SIGHT account because the current release does not require an account.
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the app and the information it processes. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their devices and any backup or export files they create.
We may update this Privacy Policy as BOWL-N-SIGHT evolves. When we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date.
